Building trust is also essential. This doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and effort. You can build trust by getting to know your team. Remember small details about their lives and ask about them. Little things like this matter a lot. If your team comes from different parts of the world, try understanding their cultures. Learn about their local customs and holidays. This shows that you care about them as individuals.
